Electricity, plumbing, heating and ventilation ca be done in factory so that there will be only minor work to performed on site. These solutions are widely used by real estate developers as it decreases significantly skilled labour need, work management resources, on site logistics, defective work on site and lets them focus on their main business but also by private customers who are not able to manage works on site.
