SARVE modular house is a versatile choice, perfectly suited as a small home or summer cottage. The house consists of two modules and offers modern and comfortable living space, with uniquely high ceilings—reaching over 3 meters in some areas—that create a spacious and light-filled atmosphere.

SARVE is equipped with triple-glazed, energy-efficient PVC windows and doors, as well as integrated water and sewage systems, ensuring modern living comfort. There is also the option to add skylights in both the bathroom and entrance hall, bringing even more natural light indoors. The spacious kitchen-living room is large enough to accommodate a fireplace, adding warmth and coziness to the home.

Additional options such as underfloor heating and air-to-water heat pumps make the SARVE model an excellent choice for year-round living. Every detail has been designed with durability and comfort in mind, combining compactness, quality, and flexibility to meet everyday needs.

Our compact house products are designed and manufactured with the harsh climate conditions of the Nordic region in mind, while meeting the building regulations and high standards applied to small and holiday homes. Every technical solution and structural detail has been carefully considered to ensure decades of durability, while providing a safe and energy-efficient living environment.

In our standard products we use high-quality mineral wool (λ = 0,035 W/m·K), ensuring excellent thermal performance for our modular houses:

• Ground floor (GF): 220 mm insulation, U = 0,171 W/(m²K)
• External walls (EW): 150 mm insulation, U = 0,243 W/(m²K)
• Roof (RO): 250 mm insulation, U = 0,165 W/(m²K)

At the customer’s request, even more energy-efficient solutions can be provided by using insulation materials with improved thermal conductivity.
